DAILY DEALS: Transactions for Sept. 13

MULTIFAMILY DAVIS - Kennedy Wilson Inc. purchased a $51 million apartment portfolio owned by Fowler Property Acquisitions. The $51 million portfolio involves three multifamily projects in Northern California. The properties are: Case De Vallecita, a 66-unit townhome community at 1600 Pueblo Ave. in Napa; Bayside Willows, a 148-unit two-story project at 530 Sunnyview Drive in Pinole; and Ivy Towne Apartments, a 240-unit, 168,150-square-foot property at 801 J St. in Davis.
