DAILY DEALS -- Transactions for Sept. 12

MULTIFAMILY SAN LUIS OBISPO - FirstWorthing sold two student housing complexes near California State Polytechnic University, Mustang Village I and Mustang Village II, to AIMCO for $71 million. Herb S. Chase III, Curtis Palmer and Alex Quintana of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the buyer and the seller. The two properties total 22.3 acres and 514 units.
