New Nor Cal Judges
SAN FRANCISCO - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger named three new judges for rural posts in Northern California Thursday. The governor appointed litigator John A. Behnke to Mendocino County, prosecutor Julia L. Scrogin to Yuba County and Commissioner James LaPorte to Kings County.
