Wrongly Imprisoned Man Can Sue Police

SAN FRANCISCO - Leonard McSherry served 14 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Now, a federal appeals court has granted McSherry - cleared by DNA evidence - a second chance to prove that the Long Beach cops who put him behind bars for child rape should answer for their mistakes.
