Forum Column - By Christine M. Hoang - My husband and I were in New Orleans for my cousin's wedding the weekend Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast. On Saturday, my entire family attended that wedding and shared in the celebration, but the next day, the mood completely transformed.
