Dechert Hired For San Jose Trash Inquest

SAN JOSE - A panel of three retired judges has chosen the Dechert firm and Palo Alto-based partner Chris Scott Graham to investigate a labor agreement signed between the city of San Jose and its garbage hauler that included a rate increase in 2003 as part of an allegedly secret deal.
