Outdoor Channel names new GC

Outdoor Channel Holdings Inc., a specialty television station focused on outdoor lifestyle, announced Wednesday that Catherine Lee will be the company's new general counsel, effective immediately.
Lee, formerly the principal of Catherine C. Lee & Associates and general counsel for Sempra Energy, has already been working with Outdoor Channel as a consultant.
