Bayer Fined $3.3 Million Over Vitamin
Alongside state attorneys general from Oregon and Illinois, California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. announced a $3.3 million settlement with Bayer HealthCare Tuesday in San Diego over claims that Bayer's One-A-Day men's multivitamins.
