SAN DIEGO - Prominent civic leader James F. Mulvaney, a senior partner at Mulvaney, Kahan & Barry, died of pneumonia Sunday at his home in Pacific Beach. He was 87.
Born in Chicago in 1922, Mulvaney earned a law degree from Loyola School of Law in 1948.
