I was taken aback by the headline "Naughty Managers, How Bad Can It Get" (Oct. 11) used to describe the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Con-way Freight Inc. Since when is overt racism mere "naughtiness"?
