California Lawyers Link Mobile Gamers

Two teams headed by California lawyers have helped ink a deal announced Tuesday that is expected to create the world's largest mobile video game in a $400 million acquisition.

Two teams headed by California lawyers helped ink a deal announced Tuesday that is expected to create the world's largest mobile video game company.

Lawyers at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto represented Japanese company DeNA in its $400 million acquisition of mobile video game firm ngmoco Inc, which was handled by Fenwick & West in Mountain View.
