High Court Rejects CIA Kidnap Case

WASHINGTON - In a victory for the Bush administration, the U.S. Supreme Court refused Tuesday to consider a German citizen's lawsuit against the Central Intelligence Agency in which he said that he was kidnapped, beaten, drugged and taken to a secret prison in Afghanistan.
