Jurist Tosses Pickers' Suit Over Tasting Pesticide-Sprayed Fruit

INDIO - A Riverside Superior Court judge has tossed out a lawsuit filed by grape harvesters who claimed supervisors at one of the Coachella Valley's largest vineyards forced them and other workers to eat grapes to determine ripeness and sweetness, making them violently ill.
