FPPC Sues Bustamante Over His Recall Fund-Raising
SACRAMENTO - The state's political watchdog agency Wednesday sued Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante, charging him with nearly 70 violations of campaign laws and raising $3.8 million more than the state limits in his failed bid for governor in last year's recall election.
