Judge Returns Man to Estranged Lover's Home

LOS ANGELES - A Palm Springs man, booted from his estranged lover's home on Valentine's Day, can go back, an appellate court has ruled. But because the 4th District Court of Appeal said Tuesday that David Storey has no rights beyond those of any tenant, he may not be able to stay for long.
