Retiring Judge Will Join JAMS
SAN JOSE - After spending nearly three decades on the bench, Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Joseph F. Biafore is joining JAMS. Biafore, who was packing up in his chambers Tuesday after retiring Dec. 31, said he looks forward to joining five former colleagues on the Santa Clara County bench who work in JAMS' San Jose office. Among those colleagues are John Flaherty and Peter Stone. Another retired Santa Clara County judge, James Duvaras, is an arbitrator in Sacramento.
