PUC Member Will Appeal PG&E Plan

SAN FRANCISCO - One of the California Public Utilities Commission members who voted against a deal central to Pacific Gas and Electric Co.'s Chapter 11 reorganization said Tuesday that she will appeal a federal bankruptcy judge's approval of the restructuring plan.
