Kids' Mental Health Court Changes Lives

LOS ANGELES - They're not kids you'd necessarily welcome into your home. Gino, a gangly 14-year-old with gel-gooped spiky hair and tattoos above his eyebrows, is a diagnosed schizophrenic. He got in trouble with authorities for taking drugs, carrying a loaded pistol and hanging out with gang members.
