Frank Gets Chief Deputy Post
SACRAMENTO - State Attorney General Bill Lockyer announced Monday that he has appointed Richard M. Frank, a veteran public rights lawyer with the state Justice Department, as his chief deputy for legal affairs.
Frank replaces Peter Siggins, who was selected by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in November as his legal affairs secretary.
