Two Los Angeles Superior Court Judges Plan 2004 Retirements
Los Angeles Superior Court Judges Nancy M. Brown, who raised eyebrows a few years ago by displaying an artificial marijuana plant in her courtroom, and Alan B. Haber, supervising judge of the West District, are retiring in late January and early February.
After 35 years on the bench, Brown is retiring Jan. 31, 2004.
