Luce Forward Elects Managing Partner

Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps plans to mark the new year with a changing of the guard: Robert D. Buell will step down as the firm's managing partner on Jan. 15, when his term expires. Taking Buell's place will be fellow real estate partner Robert J. Bell, who serves the firm on its executive committee.
