Home Depot Card Holders Face Undisclosed Charges, Suit Says

SAN DIEGO - When David Varco was remodeling a house in Arizona in February, he saw an advertisement that was too good to pass up. In the ad, building-supply giant Home Depot offered a six-month no-interest, no-payment promotion on materials that customers bought using the company's credit card.
