LOS ANGELES COUNTY LONG BEACH - Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels sold its 234-room Holiday Inn, Long Beach Airport, to Hilba Star LP, led by Harry Wu and partners, which also owns the Doubletree-LAX and the Argyle Hotel. The acquired Holiday Inn is part of a four-property West Coast Holiday Inn portfolio that includes the Holiday Inn, Santa Monica, the Holiday Inn, LAX Airport and the Holiday Inn, Seattle Airport.
