LOS ANGELES COUNTY CENTURY CITY - The 1901 Avenue of the Stars office building has leased its Suite 1500 for $1.5 million to Knobbe Martens Olsen & Bear, represented by Mitchell Stokes of Madison Partners. The intellectual property law firm will occupy 10,000 square feet of the 483,683-square-foot, 20-story, Class A building, which is 80.7 percent leased, in March 2004. The lessor, Douglas Emmett & Co., represented itself. The lease term is 66 months.
