LOS ANGELES COUNTY CARSON - Grubb & Ellis' Sean O'Donnell represented Aeronet Inc., an Irvine-based airfreight and logistics firm, in its lease of 41,337 square feet of industrial space at 21023 Main St. in the Carson Town Center for a regional distribution center. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Aeronet relocated to its new space from 10,000 square feet of leased space in Hawthorne. Bret Quinlan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, AMB/Mar Carson LLC of San Francisco.
