WASHINGTON - Six law clerks from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have landed coveted clerkships at the U.S. Supreme Court for the upcoming October 2011 term.


Chief Judge Alex Kozinski and Judges Stephen R. Reinhardt and Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain, all of whom frequently secure these sought-after posts for their clerks, will send one each to the Supreme Court, according to the roster released ...
