LOS ANGELES - Actor Charlie Sheen may not be litigating his $100 million case against Warner Bros. Television Prod. and "Two and a Half Men" co-creator Chuck Lorre in a public courtroom.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Allan J. Goodman on Wednesday agreed with the studio that Sheen's and Lorre's contracts both contained clauses calling for private arbitration.
