Oakland Names Acting City Attorney

Barbara J. Parker has taken over as acting Oakland City Attorney.

Barbara J. Parker has taken over as acting Oakland City Attorney.

Parker, who has 20 years of experience with the city attorney's office, replaced outgoing City Attorney John A. Russo and will serve in the interim role until Oakland's mayor and city council select a replacement.
