Firms Add State AG Practices

As state attorneys general ratchet up enforcement against businesses suspected of wrongdoing, law firms across the nation have beefed up practice areas like antitrust, consumer, white-collar and product liability. Some have even gone so far as to launch practice groups specifically designed to advise clients on how to interact with state attorneys general.
