Homestore Faces Class Action Lawsuit Filed by Shareholders

Homestore Inc.'s legal troubles are mounting. Three former Homestore executives have agreed to plead guilty to criminal charges of masterminding a scheme to overstate the Internet broker's advertising revenues by $46 million for 2001. They also will pay $4.6 million to settle civil charges stemming from the same conduct.
