Service Will Forgo Arbitrations Unless Both Parties Are Willing

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles-based Action Dispute Resolution Services will no longer handle arbitrations mandated by contract clauses unless all the parties to a dispute demonstrate a renewed willingness to submit to the process, the firm announced Thursday.
