Charges Filed in Schools Fraud

SAN FRANCISCO - District Attorney Terence Hallinan charged former San Francisco school district manager Timothy Tronson on Wednesday with 22 felony counts in the alleged theft of at least $850,000 in public funds through kickbacks related to an energy-savings contract.
