Courts Must Examine Statutory Factors Before Altering Support

Aug. 13, 2002), the court held that where a property distribution equalization payment in a dissolution of marriage proceeding is discharged in bankruptcy proceedings, courts may consider this fact in ruling on a request to increase spousal support.
