Lyon & Lyon Partner Joins White & Case

Yet another Lyon & Lyon partner has found a new home. Intellectual property litigator Steven D. Hemminger, who started at Lyon & Lyon 20 years ago and had been partner in charge of the firm's Silicon Valley office since 1990, joined the Palo Alto office of White & Case when Lyon & Lyon dissolved at the end of August.
