69th Birthday Marks End of Career After Dozen Years on Two Benches

Judge William T. Garner celebrated his 69th birthday and retirement on Sept. 24. He served 12 years on the Municipal Court and Superior Court benches.

        Garner was appointed to the Los Angeles Municipal Court by Gov. George Deukmejian in 1990. He was elevated to the Los Angeles Superior Court by Gov. Pete Wilson in 1997.
