Guaranty Bank Adds Seven Branches
Broadening its presence in the Golden State, Texas-based Guaranty Bank has scooped up seven bank branches. Advised by Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, Guaranty bought the banks from Irvine's Western Financial Bank. Five of the branches, in Fremont, Sacramento, San Jose, Redwood City and Walnut Creek, provide Guaranty with a presence in new markets.
