Forum Column - By Dan Stein - One year after the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon, Gov. Gray Davis must decide whether to approve or reject a harmful bill that would allow illegal aliens to obtain California driver's licenses. The legislation, AB60, was approved by the Legislature shortly before the attacks and was shelved because of security concerns and reports of how easily the Sept. 11 terrorists were able to obtain driver's licenses.
