Court Redistributes Workload of Judge

LOS ANGELES - While U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kathleen P. March will continue in her Los Angeles post until the end of her 14-year term on Nov. 9, she will hear no cases because they all have been assigned to other judges.

        The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last week refused to reappoint March to another term. It provided no reason for its decision.
