Federal authorities are dropping their investigation of Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo and his wife, Delgadillo's lawyer said Monday.

LOS ANGELES - Federal authorities are dropping their investigation of Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo and his wife, Delgadillo's lawyer said Monday.

John M. Potter of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges' San Francisco office said that he has been informed that the criminal investigation undertaken by the Northern District U.S. attorney's officeis officially over.
