LOS ANGELES - Former Stan Lee Media executives, including Clinton booster and ex-convict Peter F. Paul, manipulated stock in the once-high-flying Internet company based on the work of Spiderman's creator, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged in a civil complaint Tuesday.
