New Owner Online for Sacramento's Meridian Plaza

By OLIVIA LOY CREJ Staff Writer One of California's newest high-rises, the Meridian Plaza in downtown Sacramento, may be about to change hands. AKT Development reportedly is in talks to acquire the less than one-year-old building. The 12-story office structure is located at 1415 L St., just two blocks from the State Capitol and one block from the $15 million East End project, a collage of new government buildings.
