Demurrers Finally Dispose Of Legal Issues They Raise

The complaint or answer is demurred to by the other party, an opposition is often filed, and a hearing conducted. The hearing is conclusive as to the demurrer, and the parties have to change (or maintain unchanged) the pleadings as the court directs.
