Man Indicted In Murder Plot Against Federal Judge
SAN FRANCISCO - The founder and former CEO of a Silicon Valley high-tech firm, already facing 20 counts of fraud and perjury, allegedly tried to solicit the murder of U.S. District Judge William Alsup in San Francisco and intimidate witnesses in his case, a federal indictment charged Tuesday.
