Insomniac's Search for a Good Night's Sleep Leads to Suit
Column By Garry Abrams - A good night's sleep may be priceless, but consumers can still pay too much for a bed. That's one of the charges made in a private attorney general class action lawsuit filed last week in San Francisco Superior Court against Craftmatic Organization Inc. by a group of private and public interest law firms, including the AARP Foundation in Washington, D.C., and Legal Assistance to the Elderly Inc. in San Francisco.
