Judge Allows Suit Over Ouster Of Former Pechanga Members

RIVERSIDE - A lawyer for the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians said Monday that he plans to appeal a Riverside Superior Court judge's decision to move forward a lawsuit that seeks to readmit 130 former members ousted by leaders of the Temecula-area gaming tribe.
