Ex-Cop in 'Fajitagate' Case Faces Civil Charge

SAN FRANCISCO - Alex Fagan Jr., the ex-cop whose late-night street brawl over a bag of fajitas led to criminal indictments for the department's top brass, was back in court Monday to face civil charges that he assaulted a citizen on a Haight Street bus.
