Bob Evans Farms Buys Mimi's Parent for $182 Million
Bob Evans Farms Inc. has acquired SWH Corp., which owns the Mimi's Caf restaurant chain, for $182 million. Bob Evans offered to acquire the company shortly after Mimi's filed forms in May with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering. After the deal closed July 7, Tustin-based Mimi's withdrew its registration statement.
