Hooters' Ex-Manager Will Get Prison for Tapes

LOS ANGELES - The former manager at a Hooters restaurant in West Covina who secretly taped 14 applicants changing into waitress uniforms during job interviews will be sentenced to five years in state prison, the district attorney said Monday.
