Toyota Motor Corp. will likely not face-off with the Orange County District Attorney in the first California trial over allegations of unintended acceleration, a judge said Tuesday.
"I must tell you I have soured on the idea of having the D.A. case go first," Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Anthony Mohr said during a hearing Tuesday.
