Lawyers Cleared of Witness Tampering

A federal judge overseeing the case of a former prisoner whose eye ruptured in prison found no witness tampering by attorneys who represent doctors that work in the state prison.

LOS ANGELES - Attorneys at Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP who were accused of witness tampering in a lawsuit over deficient medical care in state prison have been cleared of any wrongdoing by a federal judge.
